We want you to love LYFE and we're confident in the value that you'll receive when you buy from us.  But, to provide you with a little extra peace of mind, we have a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you don’t absolutely love it for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund*. No questions asked!

Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your delivery.  No need to send opened products back to us - simply get in touch and one of our team members will help sort it out.  

Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Complete the contact form HERE.  Please be as specific as possible and let us know what items you would like to request a refund for.  If you have unopened items to return, please let us know so we can issue a Return Authorization form and shipping label.
  2. A LYFE Support team member will respond to your request in the order it is received during normal business hours M-F 9 am - 9 pm PDT.  You can expect a response within 48 hours or 2 business days.
  3. Follow the instructions provided to you by the LYFE support team about how to send back any unopened products.  A refund will be issued as soon as they are received back in stock.

*For all opened containers outside of the 30-day guarantee period, first-time customers may be issued a store credit that they can apply toward a different product or service.

Exchanges are permitted if the item is unopened and returned with an RMA label. Minimal shipping fees apply for the exchanged items.

Exchange for opened is not permitted but shall receive a 30% discount to purchase the other flavor of the item for exchange.

Please contact our support team via email at support@lyfefuel.com to receive your Return label. Any boxes that are marked as “return to sender” or “refused” without an issued RA cannot be granted a refund or exchanged.
